Our Philosophy 

Our coaches follow one rule at All-American Fitness “ People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”  No matter your goal, All-American Fitness has the solution to help you achieve it. We offer a unique approach to fitness combining multiple training styles. Our highly qualified coaches truly care about providing their athletes and clients with the best possible experience and results.

Our Leader

Antonio’s fitness journey started in 8th grade as a young athlete, under the guidance of a family friend, and later under the guidance of his sports coaches. If Antonio wasn’t playing sports, he was training for sports. At a young age, he noticed a direct correlation between training and playing time. The stronger and faster he became, the more playing time he received. Outside of sports, Training inspired Antonio and provided him with self confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic. He was a dual sport athlete at Cranford High School and captain of both his Football and Lacrosse teams, who continued his athletic career playing lacrosse at Kean University. 

If there’s one word to describe Antonio, it’s “Passionate.” When Antonio isn’t training, you can find him constantly seeking out the latest modalities , methodologies and ideologies in the industry. Antonio lives by Bruce Lee’s word’s when bringing his education to his team and clients, “Absorb what is useful, reject what is useless, add what is essentially your own.”
